Hey there! I'm Carmen — educator, empowerment coach, speaker, and your host for the Empowered Educators Summit.
For over 16 years, I've walked the hallways of classrooms and the trenches of teacher burnout. I've taught Pre-K through 5th grade, served as an instructional coach, and supported educators from all walks of life.
